I have been living at the Cottages at Tulane for just a few months now and I absolutely love it.
I have never had an issue with the maintenance or management staff.
The few times I have put in a work order, it has been completed in a timely manner.
The management staff has really gone above and beyond whenever needed.
The office staff is so friendly and they always approach me with happiness and warmth! They seem to really be committed to going the extra mile and they care about us as residents! Really, this is such a great place to live.
I feel safe, the parking lots are well lit, my breezeway outside the door is always well lit and the grounds are very well maintained! The price is right, the staff is nice, and the apartments are adorable! Refinished interior makes my apartment feel high-end while I still pay an affordable price!!!! I can't say enough good things about the Cottages at Tulane! LOVE THIS PLACE! You're crazy not to lease here!

I have lived at the Cottages at Tulane from 2005 to 2011 and like my apartment and my neighbors. The property manager and the office staff are very friendly, helpful and very accomodating. The same can be said for the maintenance staff. They respond to any workorder promptly and complete the job to one's satisfaction. The fitness studio on the premises provides an aqdditional convenience for me. The location of the complex is in a good neighborhood and in close proximity to a variety of stores and restaurants.

I just thought, since mostly only unhappy people write reviews on these sites, I would write a positive one. I wrote one a couple years back, and I'm as happy now as I was back then. I have lived here 3 years now, and plan to renew my lease again this year. My rent is only $20 a month more than when I moved in, which is great considering many places raise rent on you as often as possible. In my time living here, I have never seen a single bug in my apartment, and the grounds are kept beautifully. Yes, it's a VERY pet-friendly complex, so there will be OWNERS who don't pick up after their pets. But I fault the owners, not the management, and it's honestly not that bad, I rarely see messes. The office staff is nice and helpful, and the two times I've needed maintenance they came out the very day I called. Once they even came to fix my broken blinds and I hadn't even called, they just noticed it from the outside. This summer my AC went out and it was fixed within ONE HOUR of my calling the office! Units are practically sound-proof, I never hear a peep out of my neighbors, even the ones with dogs. I honestly have no complaints about living here, and I've been here long enough that if there were going to be issues, they would have shown up by now. I think this is a GREAT place to live and I plan to stay as long as they'll have me!
